Badges & Booth Staff Registration
Pre-register all booth staff before October 1, 2026 by following the link below. Walk-in registration is also available on-site, but pre-registration is strongly encouraged and speeds up badge pickup significantly.
Booth staff badges will be distributed during setup on Tuesday, October 6 from 12:00pm - 6:00pm

SMTA never sells attendee or member data. All official event communications will come from an @smta.org address. If you recieve any emails offering contact lists from this event, please mark them as spam or phishing.
Booth Design Guidelines
Please review the exhibition regulations before proceeding with your booth design and share this information with any contractors to ensure your booth complies with all requirements; no exceptions will be granted, regardless of circumstance.
All curtains, drapes, decorations, or construction materials must be flame-retardent or fire-resistant. Glass is not permitted; only acrylic. All machinery must be set to demo mode during the event.

Island / Central Area Booths

Max height — 5 meters, including hanging elements

Any design permitted — no on-site construction or finishing

Table-top exhibitors — neighbors may have tall walls, plan signage accordingly

Walls facing neighbors must be finished with white/black paint, wood, or fabric — no exposed wood or promotional graphics

Dock doors remain closed. No large equipment removal; no booth teardown. Exhibitors with table tops & banners only.
Friday, October 9
8:00am - 10:00pm
Move out all booths. Full teardown and removal of all materials, machinery, and equipment.
Important: From Thursday night to Friday morning, be sure to hide all valuable items. We recommend placing security tape across your space. All contractors and exhibitors will enter the floor at 8:00am on Friday morning — merchandise left unattended may be at risk. If you have valuable merchandise, please hire a security guard for your booth during teardown.

To ensure a safe, professional, and succesful event experience, all exhibitors and contractors are required to follow the established guidelines set by the SMTA and Expo Guadalajara. Please review the following documents carefully, as they outline important requirements related to safety, booth construction, conduct, and venue policies:
