General Considerations
Space & Equipment

Electrical connections 110V up to 15 ampers is included

Other electricity requirements and compressed air installation must be arranged with venue

Maximum weight per area of 700 Kg/m² or 2,000 Kg total
-
Maximum wall height is 5 meters (~ 16 ft)
-
It is not permitted to turn on heating/heated equipment (furnaces, soldering, etc.)

Equipment specs due before September 1 (detailed list of weight, measurements, and requirements of each)

Carpet is NOT provided
Banners & Signage

Banners, stands, equipment, etc. must stay within the designated space for each booth/exhibitor

Maximum height for banners, stands, signage, and equipment is 5 meters (16 ft
-
Do not obstruct neighboring exhibitors' visibility

No handing or pasting objects on walls
-
Rigging is available through the venue at an extra cost (request by September 25)
Food & Beverage

Meal coupon included per booth per day

Extra coupons cost $25 USD ($500 MXN) per person

F&B in booths is an exclusive service of the venue

All contracting of F&B in booths must be done through Expo Guadalajara Services Module

Outside food requires a fee that may be negotiated according to amount and type (via the Services Module)

Registration & Logistics

All exhibitors must pre-register online prior to the event
-
Online registration for exhibitors and suppliers closes 24 hours prior to the event

You will be asked to inspect your booth for pre-existing damage prior to setup

If you find any damage on the carpet, walls, etc., report it immediately
-
Convention center staff reserve the right to charge exhibitors for the repair of any damage caused during event
-
Attendee list will be sent to exhibitors after event, including name, title, and company of consenting registrants

Other attendee data is considered "reserved" in accordance with laws protecting personal data
Responsibilities
The SMTA is a non-profit civil association, whose objective is to promote the professional development of the electronic assembly industry personnel through conferences and technology exhibitions, and to create a healthy coexistence between users, exhibitors, suppliers, and other visitors. We ask that all participants respect the rules of the Convention Center and the event, as well as show respect to staff and volunteers who support the SMTA.
The SMTA is not responsible for damage, lost materials, or accidents that may occur to exhibitors or other visitors
Exhibitors may promote their participation and use the SMTA Mexico logo before and during the event only
Photographs and/or videos will be taken during this event, which may or may not include your recognizable image. Please be advised that by participating in this event, you agree to allow the SMTA to use the images in print, digital, or web-based formats for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to have us use your image, please notify show management.
